I need a fully-detailed 3D model of a piece of electrical equipment, drawn in inches, precise enough to generate an accurate manufacturing parts list and material take-off. Every component—internal and external—must be represented, down to connectors, fasteners, brackets, and wiring pathways, so that nothing is missed when the bill of materials is extracted.
Scope
• Build the model from my sketches, PDFs, and reference photos (supplied after award).
• Maintain strict dimensional accuracy; all measurements are imperial.
• Organize each part as a distinct, properly named solid or assembly so I can pull quantities directly into a BOM.
• Provide native CAD files plus neutral formats (STEP or IGES) alongside a compiled parts list.
Acceptance Criteria
1. All components visually and dimensionally match the references.
2. Assembly tree is clean, with no suppressed or unresolved parts.
3. Exported parts list tallies against the model without discrepancies.
4. Files open error-free in SolidWorks 2022 and Fusion 360.
Let me know any questions about tolerances, preferred file organization, or additional reference material you might need.
