Desktop .NET Clinic Management System

I’m building a desktop-based Clinic Management System in .NET and my immediate focus is the patient records module. The application must let authorized staff capture and review complete medical histories, store lab results (PDF, image, or structured data), and manage prescriptions from creation through refill.

Access control is essential: receptionists, nurses, doctors, and administrators will each see only what their role permits, so please design a granular role-and-permission layer that’s easy for me to maintain or extend later.

I already have the overall desktop shell in mind; what I need from you is the coded patient records component, the underlying database schema, and clear instructions so I can plug it into the rest of the system. If you can hand over source code, SQL scripts, and a short setup/usage guide, I’ll be able to test quickly and move on to the next module.
