Desktop & Laptop Hardware Support

I need hands-on hardware support for a group of office desktops and laptops. The priority is hardware support, and the machines are showing a mix of performance slow-downs, intermittent hardware failures, stubborn software-installation problems, and the occasional network conflict that boots them off our LAN.

You’ll be expected to run full diagnostics, identify failing components, repair or replace them, install the required software, and confirm that each computer rejoins the network cleanly. Experience with Windows 10/11, BIOS utilities, imaging tools such as Clonezilla or MDT, and basic networking commands will make the work go faster.

Deliverables
• A brief troubleshooting report for every affected machine
• Completed repairs or documented recommendations when replacement is more cost-effective
• Successful installation of all requested applications
• Confirmation that each device operates at normal speed and remains connected to the network without conflict
