Desktop Inventory and Job Card Software

I need a Windows-based desktop application that lets me handle every step of my warehouse workflow without relying on browser-based HTML tools. The core flow is simple: products come in, we create or update a job card, materials are issued out against that card, and a delivery challan is generated before dispatch. All of this data has to remain searchable and securely stored for future reference.

Key functions the finished software must cover:
• Stock-in / stock-out with real-time balance updates
• Job card creation, editing, and automatic stock deduction when a card is used
• Delivery challan generation (printable and PDF) with auto-save alongside the related job card

I should be able to open the program on any Windows 10/11 PC, connect to a local or network database (SQLite or MySQL—open to your recommendation), and start working immediately. A clean, menu-driven UI is important; no browser windows or web servers running in the background.

Acceptance criteria:
1. Installer or portable EXE that launches natively on Windows, with no separate web stack required.
2. Persistent storage of every stock movement, job card, and challan, retrievable by date, job number, or product code.
3. Basic reporting—current stock, job-wise consumption, and challan history—exportable to Excel/CSV.
4. Clear, commented source code delivered on project hand-off along with a short setup document.
