Designer Needed: Turn Our Logo Into a Visual System + Print-Ready Files for Booth, Rug, Shirts & Light Boxes

We're EnQubes, a data consulting company, and we're moving into a new office and building out our trade-show presence. Our logo was designed here on Freelancer years ago and still works well. What we don't have is everything around it: a consistent look we can put on a booth, a rug, shirts, light boxes, and whatever else we order.
Our manufacturers keep asking us for "our background design," and we don't have one. That's the problem we're hiring you to solve.
We've made a few AI mockups (attached) to show the direction we like: clean, bright, mostly white with blue, layered diagonal stripes in the corners, and our tagline "PEOPLE DATA POSSIBILITIES" set in wide-spaced letters with a short blue bar underneath. Some mockups also use misty mountain photography.
We are not looking for one background image stretched onto every product. A booth wall, a floor rug, and a shirt are made in very different ways, and a design that works on one may fall apart on another. We want one set of design rules, applied sensibly to each item.
About the AI mockups:
These are mood references, not artwork to trace. They're inconsistent in places. For example, the rug is dark navy while everything else is white, and the mountain imagery appears on some items but not others. We'd like your recommendation on what to keep, what to drop, and how things should change from product to product. The logo in the mockups was redrawn by AI, so please build everything from our official vector logo files, which we'll provide. If you think a mockup idea won't hold up in production, tell us. We'd rather hear it now than after we've paid for a rug.
How we'd like to work (two phases):
Phase 1 – The system. Review our mockups and propose one unified look: colors (with CMYK and Pantone values), fonts, the stripe/geometric elements, how the logo sits on light and dark backgrounds, and a simplified version for products that can't hold fine detail. We approve this before any product work starts.
Phase 2 – Product files. Apply the approved system to each manufacturer's template. We'll send dimensions and specs for each item as we get them. Current list:
Pop-up LED backlit booth (fabric graphics)
LED light box cubes
T-shirts
Entrance rug
Table cover
A few smaller promo items later
Deliverables:
A short PDF style guide (a few pages is fine) covering colors, fonts, logo placement, and how the design adapts to large, small, and low-detail formats
Editable Illustrator master file with all reusable elements
A print-ready file for each product, built on the manufacturer's template, with correct bleed, fonts outlined, and images at proper resolution
Simple mockups for review before we send anything to production
All source files and full ownership of the artwork on completion

Someone who has done brand work and sent real files to print shops, especially large-format or trade-show graphics. Experience with backlit fabric displays, apparel printing, or custom rugs is a big plus. In your bid, please share one or two examples of physical items you designed that were actually produced, not just digital mockups.
Please use fonts we can legally use commercially (Google Fonts or similar is fine) so we aren't stuck later.
