I need a skilled DesignBuilder practitioner to compare the thermal performance of single- versus double-glazing on the Western and Southern façade of a two-storey office building located in Windhoek, Namibia. I will supply the building geometry, façade dimensions, local double-glazing specifications, occupancy schedules, and a climate file. Please set up the model with custom HVAC parameters that reflect local requirements rather than generic office defaults.

Your analysis must quantify:
• Annual cooling energy demand
• Peak cooling load reduction
• Resulting thermal comfort impacts (e.g., PMV/PPD or equivalent indices)

When the simulation is complete, deliver two things:
1. A PDF/Excel report that includes both an executive-level summary with clear charts and a full set of detailed data tables.
2. The native DesignBuilder project folder together with the exported EnergyPlus files so I can audit and extend the work later.
