I'm building CatechismHub, a niche online marketplace where Catholic catechists and religious education teachers (DREs) can buy and sell faith formation resources — lesson plans, activity sheets, sacramental prep materials, etc. Think "Etsy/Teachers Pay Teachers, but for Catholic catechetical content."

The core platform is already installed and mostly configured. I need help finishing the setup, cleaning up the site's appearance, and making sure everything works end-to-end. This is not a from-scratch build — it's finishing and polishing an existing WordPress/WooCommerce install.

What I need help with

1. Site navigation and menu cleanup

Clean up the main menu (currently cluttered with redundant items like Cart/Checkout that duplicate the header icons)
Add a dropdown under "Shop" showing product category links (Advent, Lent, Sacraments, etc.)
Set up a proper footer menu for legal pages (Terms, Privacy Policy, Vendor Terms)

2. Visual design / branding implementation

I have a custom color palette and font pairing already defined (CSS variables provided — see attached), inspired by a liturgical/manuscript aesthetic (deep wine red, gold, parchment tones, Cormorant Garamond + Source Sans fonts)
Need this applied consistently across the site: buttons, headers, product cards, nav, footer
I have a static HTML/CSS mockup of the intended design (attached) to use as a visual reference — doesn't need to be pixel-perfect, but should capture the same feel

3. Homepage polish

A "newest products" or "featured products" section showcasing live listings (similar to how Teachers Pay Teachers shows resource previews on its homepage)
Clean, working hero section with clear calls to action ("Browse resources" / "Start selling")
Make sure it looks intentional, not like a default WordPress theme

4. Attribute-based filtering

Set up the "Filter Products by Attribute" (Layered Nav) sidebar widget on the Shop page, for two attributes already created: Age Group and Language

5. End-to-end testing

Confirm Stripe checkout works correctly (test mode)
Confirm vendor registration, product upload (including downloadable file delivery), and payout flow all work correctly
Confirm the legal pages (Terms, Privacy Policy, Vendor Terms) are properly linked during vendor registration

Ideal freelancer

Someone comfortable with WordPress, WooCommerce, and ideally some familiarity with WC Vendors or similar multi-vendor plugins (Dokan, WC Vendors, WCFM are all similar enough). This is a small, well-defined scope of work — I'm looking for someone who can move quickly since most of the thinking/content/decisions are already done; I just need execution and WordPress expertise I don't have.

To apply

Please briefly describe your experience with WooCommerce multi-vendor setups, and let me know your estimated time and cost to complete the scope above.
