Design web portal for an evaluation and development program

We are building Mahto.org, a comprehensive founder ecosystem connecting entrepreneurs, students, startups, mentors, colleges, and investors.

We need an experienced full-stack developer to plan and develop a scalable SaaS platform with multiple user portals, founder assessments, psychometric testing, startup evaluation, personalized development journeys, co-founder matching, pitch assessment, investor discovery, mentor management, payments, and admin dashboards.

Preferred technologies: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

The platform should include secure authentication, role-based permissions, automation, analytics, and AI integrations.

We welcome suggestions for additional innovative features. Please propose your technical approach, relevant experience, estimated budget, and development timeline.
