I need fresh, eye-catching collateral to showcase our construction expertise, and I want to tackle two market segments at once. The job is to develop two separate, fully designed brochures—each 10 to 12 pages—aimed squarely at promotion rather than education or internal use.

Brochure 1 will speak to decision-makers in healthcare construction: hospitals, clinics, and medical office developers who expect strict compliance, clean aesthetics, and a strong emphasis on patient-centric design and safety.

Brochure 2 targets owners and franchise groups in restaurant and retail construction, highlighting speed-to-market, brand consistency, and the inviting environments we build for customer-facing spaces.

Both pieces should feel like siblings in terms of overall brand tone yet have visuals, case studies, and messaging tailored to their respective industries. I’ll supply logos, branding guidelines, project photos, and rough copy; you transform it into polished, print-ready marketing material.

Deliverables
• 10–12 page brochure for healthcare construction
• 10–12 page brochure for restaurant & retail construction
• Print-ready CMYK PDFs plus screen-optimized PDFs
• Editable source files (Adobe InDesign preferred)

Acceptance criteria include consistent use of our color palette and fonts, clear hierarchy, crisp imagery, and press-ready output that passes a pre-flight check. If you’re comfortable working in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop and can weave compelling layouts that sell our story, I’d love to collaborate and move quickly on this.
