Your task is to design a comprehensive *Pitch Deck* covering:
1. *Event Theme:* Decide on a theme that best reflects the spirit of Simerations 2027.
2. *Sponsorship Opportunities:* Explain the different ways sponsors can be involved and the value they will gain.
3. *Budget Allocation:* Provide a simple breakdown of how the budget will be used across various activities.
4. *Decoration Ideas:* Share creative decoration concepts that connect well with the chosen theme
