Design Office, Pavilion & Ceremonial Hall

I need complete architectural support for three distinct yet visually related buildings on the same site.

The office building for the administrative offices of the town must read as unmistakably Classical—proportioned façades, columns or pilasters where appropriate, balanced symmetry, and materials that convey permanence without feeling dated. It will house the executive offices of the King of the town, the crown prince, meeting rooms, offices for the Palace Secretary, Palace Administrator, Executive dining hall, Executive Kitchen, Council chambers to sit about 40 chiefs. Internally, I still expect all the efficiencies of a modern workplace, so smart space-planning, natural-light optimisation and clear MEP coordination are essential.This building should be about 40m wide and about 15 m deep.

Next is an open air pavilion intended mainly for events. I picture an airy, flexible layout that allows people to come in an out easily with a central elevated area where the traditional ruler will sit during events and functions. Good sight-lines, seamless indoor-outdoor flow and discreet service zones for catering at either end will be key design drivers. The pavilion should be about 30 m wide by 10m deep.

The ceremonial hall should feel intimate, accommodating fewer than 100-150 guests in a setting suitable for ceremonies and small cultural performances. Comfortable circulation, refined acoustics and dignified entry sequences will matter more than sheer scale.

Please carry the same design language across all three buildings so they feel part of one campus while allowing each structure to express its function. Concept massing studies, detailed floor plans, elevations, BIM-ready models (Revit or ArchiCAD), and photorealistic 3-D renders (SketchUp + Lumion/Twinmotion acceptable) are the core deliverables.

Acceptance criteria
• A separate concept package for each building, showing at least two layout alternatives.
• One coordinated site plan illustrating relationships, circulation and landscaping.
• Final issue of drawings in DWG/PDF and native BIM formats, incorporating up to three revision rounds after my feedback.
