Design Nine-Level Online English Curriculum

Life Skills Lab is looking for an experienced curriculum designer to help build engaging, practical online English courses.

We’re developing English programs across nine levels. The courses will be delivered online in small cohorts and should help learners use English with greater confidence in real-life and workplace situations.

You’ll help us:

Map learning outcomes and progression across the nine levels.

Create structured lesson plans and practical learner activities.

Develop assessments, scoring rubrics, and level-end capstone tasks.

Prepare clear teaching notes for online cohort classes.

Review and refine materials based on trainer and learner feedback.

We’re looking for someone with:

Experience designing ESL/EFL or English-language learning curricula.

A strong understanding of English grammar, speaking, and professional communication.

Experience creating progressive courses, practical activities, and assessments.

The ability to design lessons that work well in live online classes.

A portfolio or samples of curriculum, lesson plans, or assessment materials.
