Design & Implement Secure Online Members Area

Brief for potential digital designers - S.G. Leads online members area

We are a UK based charity looking for the best quotes and turn around time for designing and implementing a new members only area, connected to our existing website.

Included in the quote, we want to know about:
Upfront fee/hourly fee (if hourly, give approx. time it will take)
Ongoing/annual costs for running it / any plug ins etc

We would want an idea of how you would expect this to look based on our specifications.

Project summary:

We are a UK based charity looking for quotes on creating an members only area which would be connected to our existing website.
Members would have their own secure login.
When in the members area, there would be a section that only the member and the admin can see : their registration documents, their groups database and information, training progress etc.
There would also be a second area which would be a “communal area” for the members with access to all members.
This “communal area” would have:
- updates from the admin team/charity.
- Training opportunities, guidance and resources
- Events Calendar
- Book a 30 minute call with a specific person in the charity
- Report a safeguarding concern

This new members area must be in line with our existing Branding and communications guide.
It must be designed with accessibility, welcome, friendliness and positivity in mind.
It must be secure.
