I am moving forward with a commercial real-estate development focused solely on office space and need professional support turning the concept into a build-ready package. The brief is straightforward: create an efficient, modern layout that integrates well-equipped conference rooms as a core feature while leaving flexibility for open work areas and future private offices.

You will translate my square-footage requirements and local code constraints into a full set of architectural drawings, reflected ceiling plans, basic MEP coordination notes, and photorealistic visuals that let partners and investors immediately understand the value of the project. AutoCAD or Revit for the technical sheets and SketchUp, Lumion, or a comparable tool for the renders are perfectly acceptable; feel free to suggest alternatives if they improve turnaround or clarity.

Acceptance criteria
• Scaled floor plan that locates all conference rooms, circulation paths, restrooms, and service zones.
• At least two high-resolution interior renderings highlighting the main conference room design language.
• PDF and editable source files delivered upon approval of the final revision.
