Design Blue Tiger 3D Printable Card Kit

Custom Multicolor 3D Printable Blue Tiger Card Kit

I’m looking for an experienced 3D designer who has previously designed functional 3D-printable card kits or similar flat, interlocking model kits.

Please do not bid simply because you believe you can figure this out. I am specifically looking for someone who has done this type of work before. Please include examples of previous card kits, flat-print assembly models, or similar functional designs with your proposal.

MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT

The entire completed card must lay completely flat on the build plate and print flat as one card.

This is NOT a traditional 3D character sculpt.

Every component of the tiger must exist as a flat slab/panel within the card. After printing, the pieces are removed and assembled using slots, tabs, intersecting pieces, and layered components to create the dimensional character.

I will provide examples of existing card kits showing exactly the type of construction I am looking for. These examples are for construction/engineering reference only. I will also provide my original blue tiger concept showing the desired character and pose.

Printing & Design Requirements
Designed specifically for FDM 3D printing
I will be printing on a Bambu Lab X1C
Must be designed for multicolor printing using the Bambu AMS
The complete card must print flat
All character components must print in that same flat orientation
No supports
Blue, white, and black elements should be incorporated as actual multicolor geometry rather than requiring painting
Parts must be separated/organized appropriately for multicolor slicing in Bambu Studio
Proper tolerances for tabs, slots, press fits, and interlocking pieces
Finished character must use the exact pieces contained on the card
No hidden or separately printed pieces required to complete the model
Design should minimize unnecessary filament changes and waste where practical

The finished model will be an original, cute blue tiger mascot with a blue, black, and white color scheme, black tiger stripes, white details, a curved striped tail, one paw raised, and the other arm posed at its side/hip.

Prototype & Deliverables

I own the printer and can perform physical test prints during development. I can provide photos, measurements, and feedback so that fit and tolerances can be adjusted before final approval.

Final deliverables should include the complete multicolor card-kit file, STL/3MF files as appropriate, individual components, assembled reference model, editable/source design files, and a basic assembly guide or exploded view.

Payment will be released once the agreed-upon final design has been delivered and I am satisfied that the card prints flat, the multicolor design prints correctly on my Bambu X1C, and the pieces successfully assemble into the intended character.

When applying, please show me a card kit or comparable flat-print/interlocking model that YOU personally designed. Prior relevant work is a requirement for this project.
