Design and Launch Custom Service

I have an idea for a new online service and I want to transform it from concept to a live, revenue-ready product. At this stage almost everything is open: the exact business model, my core feature set, and whether we deploy first as a responsive website, a mobile app, or both. I’m looking for expert guidance through each phase—strategy, UX/UI design, full-stack development, QA, and launch.

Here’s what I need you to help me accomplish:

• Clarify the value proposition and map a lean MVP
• Recommend the most suitable platform architecture and tech stack
• Produce wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs that reflect a clean, intuitive user journey
• Build the back-end and front-end, integrating secure user authentication and scalable databases
• Set up analytics, basic SEO / ASO, and onboarding flows so the service is ready to acquire its first users
• Provide concise documentation plus a handover session so I can manage future iterations confidently

Acceptance criteria:
1. An MVP deployed to production servers or app stores, fully functional and accessible to end-users.
2. No critical or high-priority bugs in the final QA round.
3. Clear, organized source code and environment setup instructions stored in a private repository I control.
4. A brief roadmap outlining improvements beyond the MVP, based on insights gained during development.
