Required features:

- Multilingual support; languages and apartment count to be confirmed.
- Availability search by arrival date, departure date and number of guests.
- Seasonal pricing, minimum-stay rules and clear total-price breakdown.
- Direct booking with online deposit or full payment.
- Automatic booking confirmation emails.
- Prevention of overlapping reservations.
- Owner dashboard to manage apartments, prices, availability, blocked dates and manual bookings.
- Basic SEO, fast loading, security and backups.
- Deployment, documentation and dashboard training.

Airbnb and Booking.com integrations are not required.

Technology:

Open to custom development using standard technologies or an established platform. Please recommend your approach and specify whether you will use a third-party booking engine or develop a custom booking backend.
