I have an NXP 595-based concept that has to fit into an 18 mm footprint and be reproduced on twelve identical boards. The boards are for development and testing, yet I need production-grade documentation so I can send the files straight to fabrication and assembly without extra rework.

Core requirements
• High-integration layout that combines power management, signal processing and data communication on the same tiny PCB
• Clean, EMI-conscious routing to keep signals reliable despite the tight real estate
• All design files delivered in a mainstream ECAD package (Altium Designer, KiCad or similar) along with manufacturing outputs

Deliverables
1. Complete schematic with component libraries
2. PCB layout and 3D step model in the agreed tool
3. Gerber and drill files, pick-and-place data, and an up-to-date BOM
4. Brief design note explaining stack-up, power domains and any critical constraints
