Design 100 m³/hr Lamella Clarifier

I need a full engineering package for a lamella clarifier that will process 100 m³ per hour and tie directly into my existing treatment train: sand filter → activated carbon filter → chlorination chamber. A reference photo of the style I want is already attached; the task is to scale that concept to the required capacity while adapting it to stainless-steel construction and the custom footprint available on site.
Key functional elements must be integrated from the outset: automated sludge removal, in-tank sludge thickening, and inline flow measurement. Please make sure the internals, channel arrangements, and plate packs are sized so that hydraulic loading, retention time, and sludge blanket height all meet typical municipal standards at 100 m³/h.
Because the clarifier will sit between upstream coagulation/flocculation and the downstream sand filter, nozzle locations, overflow weirs, and connection flanges have to line up with the existing pipe elevations I will supply after award.
Deliverables
• Hydraulic and process calculations (PDF + editable spreadsheet)
• 2D fabrication drawings and a 3D CAD model (DWG or STEP) showing plate angles, spacing, inlet/outlet headers, and sludge hopper geometry
• P&ID with automated sludge valves and flow meter indicated
• Brief operation description highlighting sludge thickening mechanism and flow monitoring points
Acceptance criteria: the drawings must allow a fabricator to quote without further clarification, and hydraulic calculations must confirm less than 2 m/h plate surface loading and adequate sludge residence time.
Feel free to suggest improvements, but keep stainless steel as the primary material and respect the custom plan area I will forward.
