I have several Excel / CSV files that are starting to pile up and I need a clear, data-driven story pulled out of them. Your task is purely descriptive: clean the spreadsheets, explore the variables, and surface the key trends and patterns that jump off the page.

Here is what I’m after:
• A concise written summary that explains the major movements you find, backed by numbers.
• Visuals that make those trends obvious at a glance—charts, heat maps, or dashboards in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or a Python/R notebook (use the tool you’re quickest with).
• All working files and reproducible steps so I can refresh the analysis when new rows arrive.
