I have a raw dataset sitting in several Excel/CSV files and I need a clear, well-structured descriptive analysis of it. The core of the job is to tidy the data, explore it, and then tell the story it contains through concise statistics and intuitive visuals. Because my timeline is flexible, you can take the time you need to dig in, iterate, and present findings that are genuinely insightful rather than rushed.

Here is what I’m expecting:
• A cleaned, well-documented version of the original files (keep the original structure intact in a separate tab or file for reference).
• Summary statistics that highlight central tendencies, variability, and any patterns worth noting.
• Visualization assets—charts, heat maps, pivot-style tables, or a lightweight dashboard—delivered in a format I can open directly in Excel or view in a browser.
• A short, plain-language report (PDF or DOCX) explaining the key takeaways and how you arrived at them. Code notebooks (Python/pandas or R/tidyverse) are welcome if that’s the path you take.

The source data will be provided as soon as we start, and I’m happy to answer domain-specific questions along the way. Accuracy and clarity are more important to me than speed, so feel free to propose an approach that lets you work carefully and document your process.
