Dermatology Reels Scriptwriter Needed

I’m hiring a Scriptwriter & Content Strategist for my Instagram content.

I’m a practising dermatologist creating evidence-led content about skin, hair and beauty. I’m looking for someone who can take my ideas, research, voice notes and rough drafts and develop them into engaging, human scripts.

You should be able to:

• Find the strongest story within a topic and explain why the audience would care.

• Write openings that make the problem immediately clear and give people a reason to keep watching.

• Build scripts with deliberate pacing, curiosity, emotional relevance and a satisfying payoff.

• Make technical information feel simple and conversational while preserving its meaning.

• Understand the everyday concerns of an Indian audience and write naturally in English and Hinglish.

• Develop my voice over time, so the content feels personal and recognisable.

• Edit critically, explain your choices and improve scripts through feedback and audience retention data.

The work includes developing content angles, writing original scripts, improving existing drafts and building recurring series.

Medical accuracy matters. I will provide clinical direction and review medical claims. The writing must stay compelling without exaggerating results or creating unnecessary fear.
