Deploy "Buddilio" Web App on Hostinger

I need an experienced **Full-Stack + DevOps developer** to take my existing **Buddilio** web application, developed using **Emergent**, and deploy it as a fully production-ready application on **my Hostinger account**.

The application code is already available in **GitHub**. I do NOT want the application rebuilt from scratch. The main requirement is to review, productionize, deploy, test and hand over the existing application.

### Current expected stack

### Main scope

1. Review the complete GitHub repository and existing architecture.
2. Identify and remove/replace any Emergent-specific development dependencies where required.
3. Verify whether my current Hostinger plan is sufficient; recommend VPS only if technically required.
4. Deploy the React frontend on Hostinger.
5. Deploy the FastAPI/Python backend on Hostinger.
6. Configure MongoDB/production database.
7. Connect frontend → backend → database.
8. Configure Nginx/reverse proxy, Uvicorn/Gunicorn or appropriate production process.
9. Configure environment variables securely.
10. Configure domain, DNS and SSL for https://buddilio.com.
11. Configure API subdomain such as api.buddilio.com if required.
12. Configure GitHub-based deployment where technically possible.
13. Test authentication, user profiles, events, memberships/passes, existing payment functionality, admin panel, chat and uploads where already implemented.
14. Check email/notifications and payment webhooks where applicable.
15. Perform basic production security, logging, backup and recovery setup.
16. Check mobile responsiveness and major browser functionality.
17. Remove localhost/development URLs and debug configuration.
18. Ensure the application works independently of Emergent after deployment.
19. Provide complete deployment/documentation and technical handover.

### Important

This is **NOT simply a file-upload/hosting job**. You must be comfortable with:

**React + FastAPI/Python + MongoDB + Linux + Hostinger VPS + Nginx + GitHub + DNS + SSL + production deployment/troubleshooting.**

Please review the existing GitHub code before making major changes. Do not unnecessarily rebuild the application.

### Budget & Payment

**Maximum total budget: ₹30,000 fixed.**

Payment will be:

* **₹5,000** after initial GitHub/application/Hostinger audit and deployment plan.
* **₹25,000 only after successful production deployment, testing and complete handover.**

**No intermediate payments.**

The final ₹25,000 will be released only after the website, backend, database, domain/SSL, existing core functionality and deployment are working properly and the required documentation/access handover is complete.

A **14-day post-deployment warranty** is required for deployment/configuration-related issues.

Hostinger, domain, database, payment gateway, email/API and other third-party service charges are separate from the freelancer fee.
