DeoVR Projection Metadata Update
Update my existing automated video pipeline to populate the new WordPress ACF field deovr_projection on future video posts.

180_fisheye
190_fisheye
200_fisheye
Blank where projection cannot be reliably determined
Bare fisheye should be treated as 180_fisheye.
Existing video_format continues to provide stereo/LR/TB information.
Existing Alpha detection and Alpha Passthrough category handling must remain unchanged.
No other existing pipeline functionality should be changed.
Scope and price already agreed with the existing developer.
