Lytx is looking for a results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel, end-to-end campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth for Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts. You are a marketing strategist who thrives on cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Account Executives, Key Account Managers, BDRs, and teams across marketing and beyond to build campaigns that reach the right buyers at the right time. You will own campaign strategy, execution, measurement, and reporting while ensuring alignment between sales priorities and marketing execution.
You'll Get To:
Develop full-funnel campaign plans, launch timelines, and budgets for enterprise and mid-market accounts.
Build and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns; spanning email, web, digital advertising, direct mail, and events; to drive awareness, pipeline creation, and deal acceleration.
Partner closely with Account Executives, Key Account Managers, and BDRs to understand account needs, priorities, and buying signals that inform campaign strategy.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, and other organizations to align on campaign concepts, content requirements, messaging, and creative development.
Work with the operations team to identify total addressable market, build out CRM data, and define segmentation for targeting and personalization.
Define KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, and deliver regular reporting and insights to collaborators and senior leadership.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and iterate on strategies to optimize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Define and scale repeatable processes to expand demand generation programs across the full account portfolio.
What You'll Need:
5+ years of B2B demand generation or integrated campaign experience
Demonstrated success building and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth
Strong understanding of the enterprise and mid-market buying journey, and experience tailoring campaigns to each stage of the funnel
Experience working directly with sales teams, including account executives and key account managers
Experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g., 6sense, Marketo)
Ability to use data to optimize campaigns and measure performance against business goals
Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of delivering against measurable KPIs
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present campaign strategy and performance to senior stakeholders

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
