Delware Corp Cleanup

I need help to cleanup my delaware corp. Below is high level scope: Ratify under DGCL §204 the conversion of the founders’ 1,000 shares into 14,000,000, effective as of the intended date, so the March 6, 2023 holding period carries.
Ratify the approval of the June 21, 2024 charter amendment, with a certificate of validation if required.
Cure the 105,000-share over-issuance before the merger agreement is signed.
Document and ratify the 2025 transfers from the founders to seven holders.
Prepare the missing grant agreements and address any §83(b) elections.
Correct the AMI SAFE and confirm the holder of record for both SAFEs.
Execute the $25,000 Nee-Sam note on its actual date; provide for repayment at closing.
Document the ~$375,286 of shareholder loans with proper terms and payoff at closing.
Prepare any further consents, certificates, amendments or filings needed to complete the above.
Deliver a clean stock ledger and certified cap table, built from source, that ties to the merger Payment Schedule.
