Deltek Vision UI Customization

I already run Deltek Vision / Vantagepoint in-house, yet the out-of-the-box interface no longer matches our daily workflow. I need a specialist who can dive into the system and tailor the front-end so it feels intuitive for my team.

Scope of work
• Redesign key screens and dashboards so information is grouped logically and the layout is cleaner.
• Add new, lightweight front-end functions (think quick-add buttons, conditional fields, and shortcut panels) without breaking existing reports.
• Streamline navigation: fewer clicks between project, resource, and billing views, plus clearly labeled paths for the most-used tasks.

You will have direct access to a sandbox copy of Vision/Vantagepoint as well as our current custom reports. I expect configuration through the Deltek UI designer, any necessary SQL queries, and, where appropriate, JavaScript / HTML tweaks that stay within Deltek’s supported framework.

Acceptance criteria
• Revised layouts load correctly in both Vision and Vantagepoint web clients.
• New functions operate without script errors and respect role-based security.
• Navigation paths are documented and demonstrated in a short screen-recording before go-live.
