I want a small Delphi application that talks directly to the official WhatsApp Business API so I can send on-the-fly text messages to customers who already have an active chat with my number. No browser automation, no desktop-app tricks—pure API calls.

How it should work
• I paste or load the list of customer phone numbers (all are existing contacts).
• I type a free-form message in a memo field.
• When I hit Send, the program calls the /messages endpoint, passes the numbers one by one (or in a batch if that is allowed), and returns the WhatsApp message IDs so I can see delivery and read status.
• Any API errors (rate limits, bad tokens, etc.) must be caught and shown in a log panel and written to a lightweight SQLite file for auditing.

Technical preferences
• Delphi 11 or higher, using native REST components or a lightweight HTTP library.
• JSON handling via System.JSON or SuperObject—whatever is cleanest.
• Bearer token and phone-number-ID should be loaded from an .ini file so I can update credentials without recompiling.

Deliverables
1. Compiled Windows 64-bit executable.
2. Full, well-commented Delphi source code.
3. README explaining how to obtain the WhatsApp Business access token, where to place it, and how to run the program.
4. Quick test demonstrating a successful send and retrieval of delivery status.

Acceptance criteria
The build is considered complete when I can:
• Enter a text string, choose at least one existing customer number, click Send, and see the message appear in the customer’s chat.
• Refresh status and view “sent”, “delivered”, or “read” inside the app.
• Restart the program and find the same event logged in SQLite.

If you have already worked with the WhatsApp Business or Cloud API in Delphi (or even in another language you can port), please mention it—experience here matters more than general messaging know-how.
