Delivery Challan and cash memo Design

I need a clean, press-ready layout for a delivery challan register that will ultimately be printed and bound as a bookkeeping pad. The file must be built in CorelDRAW so my local printer can make quick edits and impose it for print.

Core elements to incorporate:
• Customer information fields (name, address, contact)
• Product details section that captures item description, quantity and price

I do NOT need automatic date-and-time stamping or any other automated functions—just a well-structured, editable DTP design that looks professional and is easy for staff to fill in by hand.

Deliverables:
1. CorelDRAW (.cdr) file with fonts converted to curves
2. High-resolution PDF proof for quick review
3. One optional round of minor text tweaks after I check the proof
