My travel-sector company, headquartered in Delhi NCR, has grown quickly and I now need solid corporate-law guidance focused on compliance and regulations. Because many tasks will require in-person signatures and occasional liaison with local authorities, you must already be based in Delhi NCR and be available for short on-site meetings in Gurgaon or Connaught Place.
