An angry customer has left a one-star public comment on my Google Business Profile, blaming poor customer service. I have not yet approached the person, and I would prefer a proven reputation-management expert to take over before I risk making matters worse.

Your job is to get that specific review taken down or rendered invisible to future prospects while keeping my overall rating intact. I’m open to whichever legitimate route works best—flagging the violation through Google’s policies, crafting a well-worded owner response that prompts the customer to remove it voluntarily, escalating through Google Business Profile support, or any other compliant method you have successfully used before.
