Definitive Breed-Specific Pet Owner's Manual

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for a talented writer/content creator to help me develop a definitive, data-driven breed-specific owner's manual for pet parents.

The project is inspired by the "Autocar" blueprint used in the automotive industry treating pet ownership with the same rigorous evaluation, metrics, and structured road-testing that car enthusiasts expect. We are applying this framework to our brand, Pawgazine.

Here is what we need the book to cover:

The Breed Spec Sheet & Origin Story: Detailed history, height/weight specs, lifespan, energy index, grooming index, and apartment vs. yard suitability scores.

First Meetings & Bringing Pet Home: Decompression guidelines, gear setup, and navigating the first 72 hours.

Nutrition & Dietary Math: Comprehensive breakdown comparing kibble, raw, and freeze-dried diets, portion control, and weight management.

Behavior, Handling & Training: Science-backed frameworks addressing breed-specific challenges like high prey drive, leash reactivity, or separation anxiety.

Maintenance & Preventative Health: Grooming routines, vet-check roadmaps, and genetic health condition watchlists.

The Long-Term Growth Journal: Real-world case studies tracking pets from puppyhood into adulthood, noting actual expenses and lifestyle shifts.

Vetted Gear Shootouts: Direct comparisons of recommended products (e.g., harnesses for heavy pullers, smart pet tech, and feeding accessories.

Deliverables & Format:

We need a comprehensive, highly structured guide formatted clearly with data tables, spec boxes, and step-by-step sections.

Tone should be authoritative, data-driven, engaging, and practical for both new and experienced pet parents.

Let me know if this sounds like a project you'd be interested in, your current availability, and your rates for a book-length guide. I can share the detailed chapter outline and formatting templates to get started!

Best regards,

Sarath.
