I’m beginning with a completely blank canvas: no fixed concept, no assets, and no pre-written brief. What I do know is that I want to turn this “nothing” into a clearly scoped digital project with real impact.

Your first task is to guide me through the discovery phase. I need your help evaluating whether a website rebuild, a mobile app, or fresh graphic design—or even a hybrid of these—best fits my objectives once we articulate them. Along the way, you’ll bring your strategic insight on user experience, brand positioning, and technical feasibility.

Deliverables
• A 60-minute discovery call (or equivalent workshop) to uncover goals, audience, and constraints
• A concise written brief summarising findings, recommended direction, feature set, and tech stack suggestions
• A high-level roadmap that outlines phases, estimated timelines, and milestone outcomes

Acceptance Criteria
• The brief answers the who, what, why, and how in plain language I can share with stakeholders
• The roadmap shows clear next steps I can hand to designers, developers, or investors without further clarification
• All recommendations are realistic for a small-to-medium launch and note any major risks or dependencies
