I need a set of clear, planning-ready documents for a new timber-inspired deck. The end goal is simple: a dimensioned site/layout plan that shows the overall footprint plus a series of attractive 3D views that capture a warm, natural look with visible timber features.
Scope
• Level of detail: planning submission only—enough information for council or HOA approval, not full construction docs.
• Design elements to show: a main deck with steps and railings (no roof, pergola, or built-ins).
• Visual style: warm, inviting materials, natural timber tones, and soft lighting that sells the concept.
Deliverables
1. Scaled top-down layout (PDF + DWG) highlighting overall dimensions, setbacks, and the position of steps and railings.
2. Minimum three high-resolution 3D renders from different angles—daylight, dusk, and a perspective from inside the house.
3. A native design file (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) so I can review and tweak if needed.
Acceptance criteria
• Layout plan matches the given site measurements (I’ll supply a hand sketch and photos).
• Renders clearly illustrate timber textures, railing style, and step configuration.
• All files delivered in the agreed formats and ready for immediate submission.
If you work comfortably in SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or comparable software and can turn feedback around quickly, let’s get started—I’m ready to share reference photos and the rough site sketch right away.
