Deck Rebuild and Extension

I need an Arkansas registered engineer to review plans and structural calculations for rebuilding and extending our existing upper deck by 18 inches (currently 6 ft.wide, extending to 7.5 ft.wide, cantilevered over triple 2x12 laminated beam that was installed 4 years ago). I can provide drawing and structural analysis for review (i am a retired mechanical engineer and my son-in-law.is a structural detailer)
Lower deck was built 4 years ago. Current posts are 6x6 on 24" deep cement footings. City will require at least one new post that runs from beam to the ground below.
Requirements:
- Use of pressure-treated lumber for the deck
- Reuse of existing wooden railing with metal balusters that was installed December 2022.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Registered PE with Arkansas USA license
- Proficiency in deck construction codes
