Debt Settlement Call Support

I run a consumer-debt settlement service and need an entry-level assistant who can take over all inbound and outbound conversations with bank and NBFC recovery agents for each client we onboard. You’ll speak fluently in English, Hindi and whichever regional language the situation demands, conveying the borrower’s genuine hardship, our chosen settlement position and any updated offers. Every interaction must be logged the same day in our shared Google Sheet so my core settlement team can see call notes, counter-offers and next-step dates at a glance.

Here’s how the workflow looks from my side:

• Once a new client signs, I give you their mandate and creditor list.
• From that point forward, you field every recovery call on their behalf, keep the tone calm, push for reduced-balance settlement and deter harassment or escalation.
• If an agent escalates, you stay on the case until a written settlement or formal closure is achieved, coordinating with me only when a decision or document is required.
• Daily updates are non-negotiable; even a “no calls today” note goes in the tracker.

Payment is fixed at ₹2,000 per active client per month, released as long as you remain the listed handler on our sheet. Good performance means a growing roster of clients and proportional pay.

Acceptance criteria:
– All calls documented within 24 hours in the shared sheet.
– No complaint from creditors about unreturned calls or unprofessional language.
– Final settlement letters uploaded to the drive and flagged for my sign-off.
