Area Supervisor (Remote)
Arion Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Area Supervisor to oversee Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), administrative staff, and an assigned caseload of members. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, compliance with funding and licensing requirements, and strong relationships with members, families, and staff.
Responsibilities:
Supervise DSPs and administrative staff
Manage member caseloads and attend planning meetings
Oversee payroll, billing, and documentation
Ensure compliance with service, licensing, and funding requirements
Train DSPs on timekeeping, data entry, and service documentation
Track certifications, compliance, and service data
Address service concerns, incidents, and complaints
Participate in on-call rotation and required meetings
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related experience (preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass background check and obtain DPS Fingerprint Card
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases
Reliable transportation; ability to travel as needed
Work Environment:
Remote, work-from-home position
Dedicated home workspace required
Some travel and in-person meetings required
