DCAM Evidence Review & Comments

Looking for DCAM professional from Bangalore, Karnataka India only. I will share a full package of project evidence—documents, spreadsheets, slide decks, screen-shots, email approvals and more—and need a seasoned DCAM practitioner to comb through it all and populate my DCAM Assessment template with clear, actionable comments.

The objective is gap identification across Data Management, Governance and Technology Implementation; compliance scoring is useful background, yet the crux of this engagement is to surface where the programme still falls short and why.

You will:
• Review every artefact against the relevant DCAM capability statements.
• Record observations, strengths, weaknesses and any missing artefacts directly in the template (Excel).
• Flag material risks or red-flags where evidence is weak or contradictory.

Acceptance criteria
• Each assessment line has a concise comment tied to the supplied evidence (reference filename / page).
• Gaps are unambiguous and mapped to the correct DCAM category and capability level.
• Final file is internally consistent, with no empty fields unless explicitly “Not Applicable”.
