Daytime Exterior Building Renderings

I have architectural plans for a old existing building and doing a renovation for a school. Use google photo and our survey for existing plan layout, Changes:
1. Facade: power washed and fully restored. Red brick clean and even in color, mortar joints crisp, limestone base and trim at the center entrance bright and clean, stone coping and cornice clean. No streaks, stains, or discoloration.
2. Remove the cross from the top of the center parapet. Repair the coping so it is continuous and matches.
3. Remove the white statue at the right side of the center entrance. The stone wall behind it is clean and intact.
4. Windows: replace every window with new windows that have black frames, in the same openings, with the stone surrounds kept.
5. Both arched entrances: replace the wood doors with new black metal-framed double doors with clear security glass. Glaze the arched transom above each door in a matching black frame.
6. All other doors on the building: new black metal doors.
7. Carved name band above the entrances: [KEEP AS IS / REMOVE / REPLACE WITH "______"].
8. Landscaping: keep the trimmed shrubs. Add mature shade trees framing both sides of the building. The lawn is green and even, the concrete walks and stairs are clean, and the mulch is fresh.

Style: bright daytime, soft natural light, blue sky with light clouds, high detail, professional architectural photography. No people, no added text, no logos.
