Data Verification & Entry Specialist

I have several Excel spreadsheets that contain a mix of alphanumeric records. I need every row checked for accuracy against the source information I will provide, any obvious errors corrected, and the clean, verified data entered back into the same files.

Because the sheets combine text fields (names, descriptions, codes) with numbers (prices, quantities, dates), attention to detail is critical—especially when it comes to spotting transposed digits or truncated text. Once each file is complete, I’d like a brief summary of issues found so I can trace recurring problems at my end.

Deliverables
• Cleaned and verified Excel workbooks returned in their original structure
• Change-log or comment sheet noting corrections, duplicates, and any records that could not be confirmed
