I need a custom control board that continuously gathers readings from my sensors, logs the information, and makes it immediately viewable on a PC. The board should revolve around a reliable microcontroller, include the required signal-conditioning front end for the sensors, handle power regulation, and expose a simple USB (or comparable) interface so the computer can pull or receive the data in real time.
Here is what I expect from you:
• Complete schematic capture and multilayer PCB layout ready for fabrication
• Cleanly organised BOM with part numbers that are actually in stock
• Manufacturing files (Gerber/ODB++, drill, pick-and-place) plus 3D step model
• A basic firmware template that proves PC connectivity and streams or stores the sampled values
I am comfortable if you work in Altium, KiCad, or Eagle—please just stay consistent and share the editable project files along with the exports. Design for low noise and ease of assembly is important to me; all passives should be 0805 or smaller, with USB-C preferred for the data port.
Once I receive the finished files and can open them, build the board locally, and see the test firmware delivering data to my computer, I will consider the milestone complete. If any clarification is needed, feel free to ask before starting so we hit the target the first time.
