I have three streams of work that run in parallel and I would like one person to handle them end-to-end.

First, I will forward batches of raw information that has to be copy-pasted, typed, and reorganised into a single, tidy spreadsheet. Every column needs clear headings, and I expect basic data-validation rules (duplicates removed, formats unified, obvious typos fixed). You may use Excel, Google Sheets or a similar tool—whichever lets you move fastest while keeping version control.

Second, I have a growing library of audio recordings that must be converted to text. Accuracy is more important than speed: timestamps every 30 seconds, speaker labels whenever they are clear, and a consistent spelling style throughout. You are free to run an AI engine such as Whisper or Otter.ai for the first pass as long as you proof-read every line before delivery.

Finally, each audio file then needs a light layer of annotation. I will provide a tag list (speaker change, laughter, keyword mentions, long pause) and you will return a companion CSV or JSON with the timecode and the selected tag. If you already use tools like Audacity, Audionote or LabelStudio, that is a plus.

Deliverables
• A cleaned and validated master spreadsheet (xlsx or Google Sheet)
• Word-perfect transcripts in .docx or .txt, one per audio file
• A tag-level annotation file (CSV/JSON) aligned with each transcript

I release milestones once each batch passes a quick spot-check for accuracy and correct formatting. If this fits your skill set and you can start within 24 hours, let me know your estimated turnaround time per hour of audio and the spreadsheet tools you prefer.
