I have a batch of handwritten notes that must be transformed into clear, professionally formatted Word documents. Accuracy is essential—every word, number, and symbol needs to match the original notes while following standard spelling and grammar rules.

Please show me samples of past work that demonstrate your ability to turn raw handwriting into polished .docx files. If you have handled similar transcription or data-entry projects, those examples will help me judge your precision and consistency.
