Data Entry & PDF Conversion

I need every record pulled from several online databases and transferred into a single, well-structured Excel workbook. Once the raw information is in place, the file must be cleaned: duplicates removed, blank or inconsistent fields flagged, dates and numbers standardised, and sheet tabs clearly labelled. A handful of legacy PDF reports may also be supplied; any usable data in those documents has to be extracted and merged into the same Excel layout so the whole dataset is searchable and ready for analysis.

The job is straightforward but accuracy is critical, so feel free to use Excel’s advanced features—Power Query, formulas, data validation, even simple VBA—if they speed things up without compromising reliability.

Deliverables
• A fully cleaned, de-duplicated Excel workbook containing every field from the online sources (and any supplemental PDFs)
• A brief change log noting major corrections or assumptions
• Completion within the mutually agreed timeframe

Acceptance criteria
• All rows reconcile 1:1 with the source databases
• No duplicate IDs remain
• Spot-checks show ≥99 % transcription accuracy
