I have a collection of information scattered across a mix of PDFs, standard documents, and a few images. I need every name, price, and supporting detail captured exactly as it appears, then placed into an online database or form that we will set up from scratch.

Here is the flow I have in mind:
• You help me choose and create the most practical web-based data-capture tool (Airtable, Google Forms, or something similarly intuitive).
• Each record is keyed in with absolute accuracy, double-checked against the original source, and flagged if anything is difficult to read.
• Before hand-off, you run one final validation pass so I can be confident the database mirrors the source material line for line.

I’ll provide the files in batches and stay available to clarify anything that looks ambiguous. Consistent communication, careful attention to detail, and an on-time finish are essential. If that sounds comfortable, let’s get started.
