Data Entry & Article Writing

I have a backlog of customer and prospect information that needs to be transferred into our cloud-based CRM. The source material is already organised—mostly spreadsheets plus a few scanned sign-up sheets—so the task is straightforward data entry rather than research or content creation. Accuracy matters more than speed: names, phone numbers, email addresses and company fields must be entered exactly as provided, with duplicates flagged and merged inside the system.

You’ll receive secure login credentials and a small test batch first; once that’s approved you can move through the remaining files at your own pace, updating me daily on progress and any issues you spot (incomplete data, unreadable handwriting, etc.). When the import is complete I’ll run a quick spot-check on random records to confirm formatting and deduplication.

Deliverables:
• Every supplied contact record entered into the CRM
• Duplicates merged or clearly marked
• A brief completion report summarising total records added and any anomalies
