I am building out an ego-centric data collection and SS-creation marketing agency and my next sprint is all about restaurants—more precisely, the casual-dining segment. The goal is straightforward: fill my pipeline with decision-makers who are ready to talk marketing services.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A fresh, accurate list of casual-dining restaurants, ideally independent or small-chain operators rather than the big franchised names.
• Key contact data for each location—owner, general manager, or marketing lead—complete with direct email, phone, physical address and any publicly available social handles.
• A brief note on each venue that shows you actually looked at it (e.g., cuisine type, seating capacity, recent promo or event you spotted online). That extra context helps my outbound emails feel personal.
Data may come from Google Maps, Yelp, TripAdvisor, LinkedIn, local business registries—whatever legitimate sources you prefer. Just keep all fields tidy in a spreadsheet or Airtable so I can import them straight into my CRM.
If this run goes smoothly, I have parallel projects lined up for housekeeping services, gyms, bars, hospitality operations, construction firms and more, so there’s room for ongoing work.
Acceptance criteria
• Minimum 300 qualified casual-dining leads, 95 %+ contact accuracy (I’ll spot-check).
• No duplicate venues or contacts.
• File delivered in CSV or Airtable with clearly labeled columns.
Let me know your method, sample size you can deliver, and a realistic turnaround time.
