I’m looking for a reliable freelancer who can handle two connected tasks: performing data-driven analysis on our incoming datasets and providing live chat support to our users while those insights are being actioned.
On the data side, you’ll receive raw CSV exports from our platform. Your job is to clean, organise, and analyse them so I can quickly spot trends and make decisions. Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets with pivot tables, lookups, and basic visualisations) are essential, and familiarity with lightweight BI tools is a plus.
While the data crunches, you’ll also sit on our chat queue to answer customer questions, route issues to the right teammate, and log recurring pain-points you notice. Clear written English, a calm tone, and the ability to juggle several chats at once are non-negotiable.
To help me shortlist, please include examples of past work that demonstrate both your analytical output (dashboards, summary reports, or similar) and any previous chat support experience. Links or screenshots are fine—whatever lets me see the quality of your results.
Deliverables I’ll review weekly:
• A clean, annotated dataset and short insight summary.
• Chat transcripts with tagged issues and any follow-up notes.
If you can keep customers happy while turning raw numbers into actionable stories, I’d love to work together.
