Every day I need to pull multiple tables that comes from links on a single web page, save it to an Excel file, and keep exactly the same column order and formatting as my uploaded sample file. The site is protected by bot-blocking measures, so the script must get through those barriers reliably without triggering bans, today or months from now.

The website is: https://www.timeform.com/greyhound-racing/runners-and-results-a-z/today

This page has a different list of links each day, to do this manually, I currently click on the name of each dog and then copy the table with performance data into my master sheet.

Here is what matters to me:

• The program runs on Windows, starts from a simple click or scheduled task, fetches all the tables, and writes an .xlsx file ready for immediate use—column widths, numeric formats, and text alignment preserved exactly as in my sample upload.
• All scraping logic, whether it relies on rotating user agents, residential proxies, headless browsers, CAPTCHA solving, or another tested method, is up to you; I only care that it works consistently and can be adjusted if the site tightens security.
• Code should be clean Python (requests, Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent libraries) with clear comments and a short README so I can update credentials, proxy lists, or schedule settings myself.
• Before awarding the project, I need a quick live demonstration proving the scraper can run several times in a row without being blocked and that the resulting spreadsheet mirrors the website table perfectly.

Please deliver the runnable script, any auxiliary files (proxy list, requirements.txt, etc.), and concise setup instructions.
