I need a UiPath workflow that logs into our web portal, triggers the daily report, waits until the report is ready, and immediately emails it to our team mailing list. The schedule is fixed: the robot should run once every day at the set time we specify in Orchestrator, so no data-change checks or weekly logic are required.
The email must include the freshly generated report as an attachment (PDF or Excel—whichever the site produces) and a short, configurable body text. Please build the process in UiPath Studio, make it unattended-ready, and rely on standard activities compatible with Orchestrator, Outlook (or SMTP), and the latest UiPath.System and UiPath.Mail packages.
Deliverables
• Completed .xaml workflow with any reusable components
• Asset/queue definitions or config file for credentials, URL, schedule time, and mailing list address
• One-page setup guide so I can deploy and test it quickly in our own Orchestrator tenant
If you have a similar automation in your portfolio, let me know; otherwise, a concise explanation of your approach will help me choose the right partner.
